A medium-spiced curry sauce flavoured with onions, tomatoes, red peppers and coriander. Pan-fry with diced chicken, simmer gently and serve alongside basmati rice and naan breads. Serves 2.

Hob – From Ambient. Heat 15ml oil in a pan, then add 280g of diced chicken. Cook for 5-6 mins, stirring regularly. Add the jar of sauce and simmer gently for 8-10 mins. For a meat free alternative, substitute meat for vegetables of your choice.

1 jar Balti Sauce
570g chicken breast, diced into approx. 4cm pieces.
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a saucepan and fry the chicken breasts until golden brown.
2. Add the contents of the jar and simmer for 10-15 mins or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
